  4. I suffered with sciatica for a couple of months. As the doctor recommended I got a nerve root injection of L4/5 and after a few seconds of needle pain was worth the almost immediate relief of sciatica pain in my buttock,leg calf and ankle. Today, I take care of myself and listen to my body.
